Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for your delivery postcode and location to calculate shipping.
If you are new to our website you will then be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order - ‘Billing address etc.
Please note will not pass this information to third parties.
We will then send an ‘Order Confirmation' auto response e-mail, which is to indicate that your order has been received by our system.
We will then check your order and package your items.
If your selected items are out of stock we can place them on a ‘back order system' - we will contact you at this point to let you know the likely time scales involved and whether you still want to proceed with your order.
An email will be sent to confirm our contract with you and to confirm your payment prior to your items being dispatched.
In the case of a change/incorrect price or product no longer available, we will always contact you first prior to any payment process.

We accept the following payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Electron, Visa Delta or Solo.
Payments on our online shop are processed using the SagePay payments system and is completely secure.
Shipping And Handling
Orders can be delivered to the delivery address of your choice. However, the cardholder's address must be completed as well. We will send your items by the most economic method available.
Delivery Schedule
All products are subject to availability, and may be sent directly from our suppliers.
Orders received during a normal working day are processed daily and stock products are dispatched within 24 hours Monday-Friday. We do not dispatch or deliver goods on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.
(Should we be unable to do this we will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you as to when the goods can be sent and giving you the option to cancel if the anticipated delivery is unacceptable).
All deliveries by courier will require a signature. If you are unhappy with the look of the parcel please note the condition on the Drivers delivery note marked ‘Opened' or ‘Damaged' and contact us via email or telephone. Once the parcel has been signed for in a satisfactory condition no claims for damages can be made.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days of delivery in the packaging that it came in and in a saleable condition, and we will refund your money less the original cost of carriage to send you the goods. If the goods are not returned in a saleable condition then a minimum restocking fee of 10% will apply.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30-day no quibble guarantee.
Any reference to manufacturers names or products is for identification purposes only. The original manufacturer does not necessarily manufacture parts supplied.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Every effort has been made to ensure that the specifications in our website are correct when displayed Online; however technical data, dimensions and weights serve as a guide only. Sometimes product specifications may change, in such instances we'll do our very best to inform you when placing your order. All our sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure they are as accurate as possible. No guarantee is given or implied that the goods will conform in absolute detail to the description or illustrations published.
Tax Charges
We only accept orders from the UK and VAT is included at the current rate of 20.00%.

Your credit/debit card payments are processed by SagePay.
All transaction information passed between Swift Industries and Sage Pay's systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent from our website to Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay's servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Privacy Policy
Swift Industries Limited does not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
